Showcasing the Monash Business School’s extensive collection of rich editorial content.
We developed a strong visual identity for the Monash Impact website, while remaining sympathetic to Monash Business School and Monash University branding guidelines.
We leveraged WordPress’ solid foundation in blog-style content publishing and categorisation, but because Monash Business School has such a large and diverse content collection, we pushed that categorisation further.
Authors can assign content a type (“article”, “video”, “podcast”), attribute it to categories (“topics”, “departments”), associate multiple authors and academics, and assign tags. This categorisation flows through to the frontend, making it easy for users to find and filter content. We also expanded WordPress’ default search behaviour to provide richer results.
To help spread the message, we developed republishing tools to help end users reuse the content with appropriate licensing.
